How do I add files to my Hard Drive?

The same way that you copy files between disks or data packs. Since you have the system all installed on the SyQuest drive, that means the Hard Drive enhanced version of File Manager is installed, so use III - Boot from Hard Disk and load File Manager. From there it's best to use File Copy functions and then just set you source and destination. In the other thread that you started, there is no way to transfer software from the IDE Zip Drive's zip disk to the SyQuest. I have the IDE Compact Flash Adapter and use ADAMem v1.81 DOS or SDL to add software to a hard disk image file and when ready, use HDDRawCopy to copy the image file back to a CF Card.
