What are the 2 AV hardwired cables on Atari 2600 jr?

I bought a 2600 jr and this model has 2 wired cables coming out for A/V. They both look like RCA type (one short, one long). Is one the RCA RF and the other RCA audio? I thought the RF would carry the audio so somewhat confused on this type of model. It seems modified to me, I attached a picture.

Definitely modified. Maybe it outputs composite video+audio.

If you open it up and can identify where each cable is connected that could help someone to identify there respective functions.

Almost certainly composite and audio.

 

That up close photo only shows the ground wires.  You need to follow the cables under the shield.

Thanks! I'll hook up and see what happens after I receive an Harmony cartridge since I don't have any cart around at the moment, and not sure it emits any screen to test with without.
