Are there any high quality RGB or component cables that cost less than 30$?

 When making a setup for a single console 30$ for the video cable might not look like excessive, but once I started buying more consoles I started paying too much, which made me wonder if there are any brands other than HD Retrovision or Retro Gaming Cables that makes good cables, there can't be just two brands that make good ones while the rest all make low quality products. I'm fine with buying from China too, I'd appreciate any suggestions.
