Unseen pre-orders now open

Songbird

Recommended Posts

If you enjoyed Unnamed for the Lynx when Songbird released it two years ago, then there's a good chance you will enjoy our latest release Unseen as well. Unseen leans even more heavily into classic text adventure gameplay, and forces you to carefully consider every decision. Do you delve deeper into the unknown? Or do you play it safe in the shadows? The choice is yours!

Pre-orders are open now for an April 11 release. This enhanced version of Unseen includes some minor upgrades to the game such as grammar improvements, longer music, and story optimizations. You can identify this version from the prior limited release by the "v2.4" on the title screen. The game includes a cartridge, box, and 8-page manual to assist you in your journey. Price is $59.95.

Want to get your copy early? Stop by the Songbird booth at Midwest Gaming Classic on Mar 31 - Apr 2 and we'll have a few on hand!

No new endings, but some minor changes to how the story progresses. As we played through a recent beta test, we noticed some unusual things where the response message did not correspond to the most recent player choice. Or a message would appear in the middle of a string of messages that seemed at odds with the surrounding messages. You could still achieve all endings in the original version, and you can in this new v2.4 version; all we did was tidy up some rough edges of the story progress and decision-tree to make it slightly less obtuse. But not by much. ;)

Sure thing! Use code UNCOMBO to get $5 off each game when you purchase both Unseen and Unnamed. Code will only be accepted if both games are in your cart. Code expires March 31, 2023. :D

Thanks! How is it going to work?

I assume if i ordered them today, you'd be holding the shipment until the 11th of April and ship them at the same time?
