Hi guys... been a minute. :) My PMP Collection cart is acting weird any ideas?

So I thought I'll play some PMP games on my Bob Collection multicart, but sadly when I power on my 78 it goes directly to Scramble.  No menu, just Scramble.  Anyone have any theories or suggestions?  I mean I like Scramble but Moon Cresta and Pac-Man are really my thing.  My other multicart, the Prosystem 30th Anniversary cart works fine.

I guess its something with my 78.  I got the game select to pop up by holding Pause while turning the system on.  I noticed my 2600 games tend to autostart as well on power up.
