I've tried emailing the store many times in the past but never get a reply so I was wondering, how does one actually get warranty service? Reality Studio Posted June 24, 2023 Author Share Posted June 24, 2023 Hey again, never heard back so maybe we can just try it here. It's about order ##29837, the eleven game order. The Qyx game cart doesn't enter the cart slot properly. I managed to get it inserted just once and the game itself works but it's very hard to actually put in the slot, I think because the cart tabs maybe don't line up? Not sure. In any case is it possible to get a replacement cart? I can send back the old one. If you could just message me here that would be fine as it seems like email between us doesn't work. Thank you! I sent another request via the Atariage Store, I'll give that another week and if that doesn't work I'll come back here and try this again.
