So,.....what is 'Reverse BASIC'?

Not a product, just an OS behaviour.

Normally you press Option on startup to disable Basic, reverse Basic just means the default is to boot with no Basic and you hold Option to enable it.

 

This can be done by installing an Eprom or multi-OS upgrade with a suitably modified OS on it.
