Tickled_Pink
Working on my first 7800 game in 7800 Basic and there seems to be something missing? I need to check two conditions in an IF statement but can't seem to? e.g. if playerY < 160 and frame = 0 then ... Seems it doesn't like the and when compiling.
+SmittyB
Rather than the words you need to use symbols for Boolean logic. The below is taken from the ever-useful reference documentation at - https://www.randomterrain.com/7800basic.html#conditional_logic Quote 3. Compound Statement The third type of if…then is a complex or compound statement, that is, one containing a boolean AND (&&) operator or a boolean OR (||) operator. You are allowed only one OR (||) for each if…then statement. You can use more than one AND (&&) in a line, but you cannot mix AND (&&) and OR (||). 4
