+Andrew Davie
I am taking an indefinite duration but definitely extended vacation from Atari programming in general, and AA posting in particular, so these programming tutorials are on hold for the forseeable future. Cheers A

pmartin252
Andrew, Thanks for the great tutorial, it has certainly inspired me, and I'm sure lots of other people to try to create something for the 2600. It's a pity you have to take a break from it, but hopefully everthing is Ok and you will be able to come back to it in the future... Thanks one again

Cybergoth
Hi there! Don't panic guys. Andrew will return in spring 2004. Worst case, if you're really stuck somewhere, I'm sure someone else can jump in and do an extra lesson. Greetings, Manuel
Sheldon Sims
Enjoy your break, Andrew. Maybe I should try to catch back up. I quit back in the middle of Session 21.
Jonah
I just started reading your tutorials. I'll try and catch up before you get back!
Sheldon Sims
I took a few steps back in order to understand the tutorial a little better. I finished studying Commodore 64 BASIC last weekend. Now I am studying Commodore 64 Machine Language. After I finish this book, the tutorial will make more sense. Actually, it already is. Andrew was right when he said it would help us to find a good 6502 (or 6510) machine language book. One of these days maybe I will learn to listen to my teachers. Blackbird
Andrew was right when he said it would help us to find a good 6502 (or 6510) machine language book. I just recently (not intentionally either) got my hands on a second-edition hardware and software book for the 6502, from 1976. I didn't even realize the 6502 came out that early... Thomas Jentzsch
I didn't even realize the 6502 came out that early... Hm, I how was Atari supposed to make the early 2600s?

uosipa llamxew
We'll meet again Made me think of that old song by Vera Lynn... , "We'll meet again, don't know where, don't know when, but I know we'll meet again some sunny day!" But seriously... Have a good vacation Andrew, and we will eagerly anticipate your return. :-)
