Game Drive case

Saw a Tweet about these from RetroFrog and picked up a few at Stoneage Gamer. They arrived yesterday and I had a minute to open one.

At first glance, these were candy to the eyes 😍

 

 

The case is designed around the GD's shape and only fits in facing one direction.

 

 

Can see the edges elevated with the GD in the 'wrong' way.

 

 

It snaps closed on the side and fits like a glove. Epic. The price is great too.

Hmm, my GD was plugged when I got it , and since then removed only once to use Skunk 🙂 But a nice box, anyway

I hope there's a box protector available for the case for the cart.

Now I feel like quite the silly goose for buying GD with box and putting it in protector. Although I guess there’s no art on spine on this cool specimen? That would make me feel better about my life choices.
 

Typing of which, I should probably invest a few hours musing on my Jag box spines …

Hmm... I don't know. My Jaguar GD feels pretty solid like a brick. Not sure if this is really necessary. But I like to live on the edge...
