Looking for Volume One of the Smart Programmer

Does anyone happen to have a copy of Volume One of the Millers Graphics Smart Programmer? It can't be found on either Google drive or Archive.org.  I believe that it would have been published sometime in 1983 before the start of the monthly series which is dated February 1984.

Great, thanks!  So this goes before the Feb 1984 edition as well as the free mini sample.

I believe that Vols 1 and 2 go before the Feb 1984 edition.  The Sample, however, may have been posted after the Feb 1984 issue. Not sure of the history on that one.

In my binder right now, I have:

 

Vol One (only four pages from what was linked)

Free Mini Sample

Feb 1984 - Sep 1984 (doesn't say Vol anything)

June 1986 - Feb 1987 (Vol 2)

Miller Graphics did excellent stuff.

 On my 2do list is re-read the docs for: Advanced Diagnostics, Disk Assembler, Explorer, Night Mission and Smart Programmers Guide to Sprites - all really top notch manual / programs.
