bradc
I have one question / problem to add. First the details: Ubuntu 22.04. https://github.com/pcrow/atari_8bit_utils.git I built atr2unix and unix2atr. Running unix2atr I alwasy get a core dump. I'm not sure what the arguments should be. ex: $ unix2atr -up 720 YAIL.ATR atr Creating 720 128-byte sectors (92176 byte file) *** buffer overflow detected ***: terminated Aborted (core dumped) Thoughts? pcrow
On 2/12/2024 at 3:15 AM, woj said: (gdb) r --create --fs=dos25 --name=test.atr test The bug is that you specified dos25, which is trying to create the second VTOC sector, but it's defaulting to 720 sectors. I just pushed a fix to adjust that so that if you have fewer than 1024 sectors, it will just create a DOS 2 image. Sorry for being AWOL for a while. I was recently laid off from Dell, so I've been a bit distracted. Anyone know of someone hiring a full-time developer for Atari 8-bit utilities? [Seriously, I've got some good leads, so I'm not worried.]

That's working for me, but it will be different depending on the contents of the "atr" directory. If you can send me a sample set of files that causes the problem, I'll see if I can recreate it and debug it.
