S-Video mod on CV Help, thank you.

Hello guys, I have attempted to get S-Video out of the CV, but I have been unsuccessful.

 

I have followed the guide here:

But I am not getting anything on the screen.  Is there a simpler way to get S-Video out of the CV that someone can point me to?

 

I have 4-15K ohm resistors in series as I do not have a 50k-60k resistor.
