jindroush
I promise this is the last of my Z-Machine threads. The two others are: https://forums.atariage.com/topic/353724-the-incomplete-works-of-infocom-inc/ https://forums.atariage.com/topic/354888-infocoms-z-machine-atr-generator/ So, without further ado, here's the source to the interpreter: https://github.com/jindroush/atari-inform-interpreter And, please, don't be mean to old man who haven't written in 6502 assembly for more than 20 years (and does not have any Atari hardware anymore!) 😇 Edited September 28, 2023 by jindroush 10
EdwardianDuck
In related news, Infocom's source code for some of their interpreters has surfaced here https://github.com/erkyrath/infocom-zcode-terps, including an Atari 8 bit one (not sure which version this is). Off topic, I was able to build the Acorn (BBC Model B) version by converting the source code to CA65 syntax. See https://stardot.org.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?p=408915#p408915. +gnusto
Since I forgot to say it originally, thanks for posting your source @jindroush! And for the compilation, which I've been using off and on. All my original Infocom playing was Atari so I like to go back to it if I feel like experiencing them again.
