I think it was meant to be a joke hack of Secret Quest where the object of the game is to collect and hoarde as many videogames as possible, but it's been a looooooong time since Randy's site went down and my memory sucks, so I may be wrong. It´s an hack of Secret Quest where you have to collect classic videogames. It´s fun and as Hozer doesn´t sell them anymore... it´s rare!
