SGM and mega-cart compatible software emulators?

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to figure out what software emulators exist that include SGM support as well as "mega-cart" ROM support.  I now very little about these types of features,  but it seems some ROMs are not generally compatible wit hemulators.  I'm hoping to find software that handles them.

As of now I've heard of a couple that support SGM.  Any help expanding this list is appreciated.

Is there any good list of SGM enabled or "mega-cart" capable software emulators?

SGM Supported:

CoolCV - https://forums.atariage.com/topic/240800-coolcv-emulator-for-mac-os-x-linux-windows-and-raspberry/

ColEm - https://fms.komkon.org/ColEm

openMSX - https://openmsx.org/

SGM Not supported:

Gearcoleco core (retroarch)

Mega-cart (128K?) Support:

openMSX - https://openmsx.org/

ColecoDS supports SGM, Megacarts up to 1024k (1MB) and ADAM RAM expansion at 128k.  https://github.com/wavemotion-dave/ColecoDS

But that requires dedicated hardware?  I'm looking for PC/software emulators. I guess I can't edit the post to clarify "PC".  "Software" might be unclear.

Thanks! Straight from the source apparently!  Where is the current download location for the latest version?  i see source code available,  but that isn't really user friendly.  And does it have "mega-cart' support?

Yes it does. There may be some bugs in it. I need to post a binary later. Windows I presume?

Here is everything that I archived over the years re ADAM emulators and hopefully will see some more activity now that Geoff has so graciously made updated source code available on GitHub.

Yes please

Better late than never. :P Been real busy with vacations and jobs around the house. Finally got a chance to post a binary for Windows. I have to consolidate the various different OS builds together in the release, but this should get you going.
