Golden Child
According to the Dell monitor numbering scheme at: https://superuser.com/questions/1272546/whats-the-exact-naming-scheme-for-dell-monitors https://www.urtech.ca/2022/10/solved-video-what-dell-monitor-names-decoded/ the H of P2219H means that it's 16:9 widescreen panel. Another nice thing about the P2219H is that you can choose between 16:9 / 5:4 / 4:3 aspect ratios.

I've found that if a monitor works with pcbjunkie's vga tester 15khz signal, it should work with an a500 NTSC amiga vga signal. One of these days I'm going to buy one of pcbjunkie's tv testers (it has component output to test if a TV supports 240p/480i/480p video). You can also find pcbjunkie's stuff on ebay, just search for "vga tester" (user name pcbjunkiedotnet)
Golden Child
Found a Lenovo ThinkVision LT1913pA (made 2015) that will sync to Amiga NTSC VGA. This model has a 5:4 screen, 1280x1024 IPS according to specs.
