The m64 meant the memory path was only 64 bits wide instead of the 128bits they normally had. The M models were the ones used in lots of OEMs. A TNT2 M64 with 32mb of Ram is probably only worth about half of what your asking for. Mainly becaue it is useless for anything 3D related these days.
