XEGS custom carts?

I recently came across several custom XEGS boxes for never released games.   I was wondering if it’s possible to have custom carts made that would go with the boxes.  Manuals too if possible, but not as important.  
 

Titles are Deflektor, Tower Toppler, Xenophobe, Mean 18, Commando.

Wouldn't the easy way be to just print stickers and use existing carts?

Some/all of those would be banked carts so might need the specific board to work.  Likely an existing one could be repurposed.

Supposedly the XE carts can be opened nondestructively by inserting one side into a vice, I think there might be a thread around about it.

Well, yeah.   Feeling stupid now for not thinking of the obvious solution.  😳

I made some XEGS pcb carts some time ago that fits on XEGS and Sikor’s cases. I think I can make a small batch again.
