Concerto and Atari 2600+

Has anyone got the Concerto working on the Atari 2600+ console?  Which is supposed to support both the 2600 and 7800 cartridges, so was assuming (hoping?) it would work on the 2600+.

 

All I get is a screen with "garbage" at the top and a random sound playing and nothing more.  I have tried refreshing the cartridge and grabbing the latest ROM on the SD card with no luck...

 

So wanted to see if it has been tried or something else I can try?

Look at the 2600+ forum - there is alot of discussion there.

 

Short answer is multicarts like the Concerto dont work.

Except Dragonfly does work with the 2600+.

It will work in harmony mode for 2600 games if you take out the sd card and load up a single rom using thr harmony software, but it doesn’t work that way with 7800 games (yet)

@batari if i put a single rom image on a harmony cart fat file system, the 2600+ will boot this rom.

 

will the Concerto do the same with a single 7800 on the sd card?
