Options to play Apple II and TI -99/4A games using Debian 11?

Your best bet would probably be an emulator. I haven't been on Linux in a while, but the last time I was on there they had a lot of classic console and computer emulators in their software repositories. Debian is one of the most widely supported Linux distributions and also has one of the longest support cycles, which is one of the reasons it's so popular to both use and to use as a base for other Linux operating systems. Thus, if it's available for Linux, you can usually find it in the Debian repositories. Fortunately, many emulators have Linux support, so I wouldn't be surprised if you could find emulators to suit your needs.
