What i have done: bought a harmony encore. formatted sd card to fat32 installed drivers from all websites given in other forums. it is not even coming up on the programming tool but is in my pc and i can change it from what its called when it first plugged in to usb serial com3 so the problem is i have done everything suggested in most of the forums and have not had any luck when i plug it in all i get is the same screen you get when u run the 2600 with no cart in. i am lost with this an have been trying to figure it out for the last 24 hours.
