7800 Games Not Working on 2600+

I don’t believe it works with the Factory installed Firmware. Unless you just recently purchased your Atari 2600+ it’s possible the latest Firmware version has been installed. I say possibly because there is original release stock still out there. If you haven’t purchased yet another option would be to purchase the 7800+ this unit has the latest Firmware version installed. Tunnel Runner should work with the 7800+ out of the box.

I have both: Centipede and Pole Position II - both worked fine on the original firmware.

Maybe we'll get it on the 7800+?? Those mysterious changes to the chips might help ??
