TMS9900 Disk Controllers

Recommended Posts

The second one is a TM990/303 - see also https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/223719584728.

There's also a description (hardware and software) of a TMS9900-based floppy controller in the big TI system design book - see page 89 onwards of http://ftp.whtech.com/datasheets and manuals/Datasheets - TI/9900-FamilySystemsDesign-1stEdition/9900-FamilySystemsDesign-09-Applications.pdf. That also exists as a separate TI application report document.

@Jimhearne I've not been back to the Texas Instruments Archives but floppy controller is on my list to search for. Do you know what is the CD1400?
