Dreamcast BBA thoughts?

My Phantasy Star grind fest got me looking at the private servers still online. It's been 24 years since I went online with this and was with dialup. I made an offer on a BBA and they took it surprisingly. I only want PSO and maybe Quake, so Dream pi and that extra hardware does not interest me. 

 

    I guess I can use Dream passport for it. Except I can't play imports. And use my phone with Google translate maybe to muddle through? I'm hoping PSOver.2 just lets me set up the BBA when I hook it up and click Online.

    This brings me to the other issue, the Hunters License. Well Sylverant mentioned making a patch disc or use a Codebreaker disc. Codebreaker is ridiculous now. I dont do burned discs, I dont even own a computer at home with an optical drive anyways. Made an offer on one for $50 and it surprised me to get it also. 

    So imports, Hunter license bypass, and online. I'm happy it was all significantly less than the posted prices but it was still costly to get this all back online. Maybe now I'll be able to team up and beat Very Hard Dark Falz and start Ultimate.
