RockLobster
I don't readily see the EEPROM chips on cloud9 as others have suggested. Should I just buy a CoCo3 or a newer revision CoCo2 instead? --- Some questions before that, my understanding is that I need to burn the extbas11.rom attached to the 24pin socket in the uploaded images? extbas11.rom Edited March 7 by RockLobster
MrDave
Yes you just need to pop in a extended basic rom or eeprom in that socket and you are good to go. I have some 28 to 24 pin adapters and roms if you need ... If you ever yave a chance to get a coco3 at a fair price do so ! It's a much more capable machine although backwards capable with coco2
