8308 rom vs 8315 rom ics

I built a zif onto a space invaders cart. I had spec'd out a modernish replacement for the 8308 masked rom, but the space invaders cart actually uses an 8315 rom. Does anyone have a link to the datasheet for the 8315 rom?

 

I'm planning on using an AT28C16 letting Vbb disable WE and bodging the address pin on 19 to ground. This will let me use an 8K rom that's pin compatible with the 8308.

 

I also had a question about the CS2 on pin 18. Is that standard low enable or does it vary from cart to cart?

 

Also, is there a better choice than the AT28C16 for an 8K rom?
