+x=usr(1536)
And if they did, would anyone at Jaguar Land-Rover even care?

They sold the Jaguar there originally, even with the car company. Although I do remember hearing about the car company and Atari talking back then. TampaBay
In the U.S., as long as the products are very different, you can generally share a name / Trademark with another company. I'm not 100% sure if it's the same in Europe. Also, I'm not sure, but I guess the name in question might also be a factor. It's easier to share the same name when that name wasn't an invention by either company for instance, like Jaguar.

You couldn't start a new brand called "Coca-Cola Sneakers", even though sneakers has nothing to do with soda. Coca-Cola is too original. 2

Video
That's crazy, but judging by color, logo, and fonts, I'd hazard a guess they're riding Coca-Cola name, if not licensed.
+Neon Wraith
Yes, crazy. Even Atari has joined the Sneaker Branding Revolution. Who says corporations can't "Be like Mike"? https://www.cariuma.com/products/atari-black-sneaker-men?_pos=8&_sid=2641fb3d8&_ss=r
