kikipdph
Ninja Bloc is a clone of the game Shuriken Block, and this is my third project—a video game—that I have started developing. I hope to finish it soon. Edited June 12 by kikipdph
LatchKeyKid
Looks great and love the sprite work! I think their level of detail would be at home in an NES rpg.
glurk
That's just beautiful. Great use of the 2600's abilities combined with smart use of color. It really does look like NES or a more powerful system.

kikipdph
In the game, I added two sizes for the shield, which can be changed using the left difficulty switch on the Atari, and the speed of the shield's movement can be adjusted using the right difficulty switch. I named this line "Shield," but if anyone has a better name, please suggest it.
LatchKeyKid
I'd still go with shield just for clarity but I found this (and other posts) that refer to classical Japanes shields as tate and tedate (depending on the size?). https://gunbai-militaryhistory.blogspot.com/2017/12/tate-tedate-japanese-shields.html
