WTTF: adapter to play Japanese Master System games on a US console.

I know this is a long shot and I'm probably really chasing the wind but what anybody have one of these for sale or trade preferably? I know these were mostly custom-made or extremely small print runs of only a handful but I'm definitely interested in one is I want to get into the Japanese library without having to buy an entire new console. If you have one or even if you're willing to make one I would be willing to trade well or possibly buy it next month when I get some more funds.

Thank you for that post. I'm going to really look into this as it may be the easiest way to go. I would still be thoroughly interested in an adapter for the original Sega Master System since I have an FM sound mod in mine but I'm probably going to buy this one you posted in a short amount of time.
