Stephen Moss Posted September 30 Share Posted September 30 As far as I know there is only on Zenner which looks like being D12 in the schematic I am looking at although I may have preveously been called ZD1 (I cannot remeber) and it is a 1N5991B, I caanot remember what the equivalent would be if you cannot get hold of that but I am sure it will be mentioned on AA somewhere so try using the search facillity, but it would be 4.3V @ 500mW. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
