Trying to connect to mame.com CRASHED two different computers two different times!!! Anyone else having problems connecting to mame.dk? raindog Posted November 20, 2003 Share Posted November 20, 2003 Usenet newsgroups were the best method, but MAME has grown in size to the point where it takes at least a month to complete a set on Usenet. When there's a major new MAME release someone will usually announce a torrent of the whole set, which you can download via BitTorrent, and then the minor releases you can pick up on Usenet. If you just missed a major release though, sharereactor maintains links to complete MAME sets on the edonkey network.
