Those battery packs don't work with the Nomad, do they?

Doubtful, Xot. I don't have a Nomad handy to compare, but these "Turbo Twins" battery packs are molded to sit precisely inside the Game Gear battery compartments, and then fit around the bottom corners of the console to form "handles".

 

Unless a Nomad has nearly exactly the same contour and position of the battery compartments as a Game Gear, I'm sure these won't work in anything else.

Man, that's a nice little getup you got there. I'll have to wait and see what it gets to though as I don't have much money though.

 

To Xot. Battery packs for GameGear plug into the battery port. Nomad doesn't even have a battery port (some weird reason, it was 'optional' rather than built in) I've jacked with wiring a gamegear rechargable battery to a Nomad, and it will work, but not worth the hastle of having wires running down your arm to a pouch around your waist just to use a rechargable batterie with it.
