Toucan
HI! Does anyone here have any Parker Brothers contacts that they could pass a few questions I have along to? If so, that would be great. I am interested in any info that they might have on the TI-99/4A versions PB did, or was going to do. It would be great to add things like this to my TI website possibly, just to get some history behind these projects. Thanks for any help! Sincerely, Bryan Roppolo P.S. Which reminds me, I do need to work on that website, maybe I'll do "Popeye" by Parker tonight.
+davidcalgary29
You may not be able to find out much info, I'm afraid. I've been e-mailing Hasbro for a couple of months now regarding development at the PB electronic games division, but they've yet to provide me with any useful response. tyranthraxus
You mean they actually respond! E-mail is so easy that I think few companies actually pay any attention to it except for complaints about defective product and even then they send out a form letter e-mail. Try an old fashioned written letter or a phone call. You might get some better attention.
Flojomojo
PB was bought out by Hasbro many years ago, but didn't Infogrames (Atari) end up with the interactive portion? There were so many good licensed games from Parker on the VCS, with both arcade and movie properties. I'd love to see a collection of them, but it seems that it would be a legal nightmare to sort it all out.
