www.atarimania.com
Bulldog is from Hayden Software, it appeared before PCS. jnice, how many PCS games are on your disks? If they haven't been "spread" yet, we'd love to have them on our site. -- Atarimania http://www.atarimania.com
jnice
oesii, you're right: That "Bulldog" game doesn't look like a PCS game. My mistake! Atarimania, you're the first to ask. I'll see what I can do this weekend... I also have a few PCS games that other people made (and were later released by different companies as "public domain" disks). The only problem porting these over to the 5200 is that I believe PCS took 64K memory to run (you had to hold down the "option" key at startup on the 800XL to get these to work). I'll see what I can find this weekend!
oesii
ran into another 8bit pinball game today (need to stop hanging around these neighborhoods ) I bet there's one or two more pinball games out there that might be worth a look. Advanced Pinball Simultor by Codemasters, I'll attach the binary and a screenshot. Found it at this great page: http://www.classicatari.btinternet.co.uk/E...UGames/A-F.html aps.zip
jnice
Hey, that one looks pretty fun! Probably better than any I have for the PCS.
oesii
Yeah, the playfield looks colorful and neat. Would look great on the 5200 if it could be converted. I'm not sure about the gameplay, the flippers are a little buggy on my emulator, I look forward to trying this out on the real thing later today
kenfused
Sorry to bump an old thread, but attached is an updated version of captain beeble that sets the debounce bit different and maybe will work better as far as reading the start, etc. buttons on the real thing. capt5200.zip
