Or are they alot more expensive then that? I remember buying a new jag in box with cybermorph at a local Toyworks for about $40 or so...this was in 96, i think. Albert Posted January 29, 2004 Share Posted January 29, 2004 Ahhh, if I had read your first message a bit more carefully I would have realized that you are looking to purchase a Jaguar, not necessarily play them at the show. I was pretty busy behind the AtariAge booth most of the time last year, and when I was roaming about I didn't pay attention to how much Jags were going for (or if anyone was even selling them), since I'm not in the market for another Jaguar (I already have several). YarsRevengeFan Posted January 29, 2004 Share Posted January 29, 2004 I spent a good deal of time last year on Saturday looking around and did not see one Jaguar system for sale there. 2 years ago Carl Forhan from Songbird was there promoting "Protector SE" along with "Cybervirus" for the Lynx. He had a lot of common games to sell, as well as 3 brand new Jags, which I missed out on due to my hesitation. All 3 of them sold within hours of each other. Contact him either through his website or a PM as he posts here occasionally and see if he'll be out this year. I hope so, and if you find out, let me know okay? But Albert has agreed to demo and sell Songbird merchandise at the show, so at least I'll have some presence there. New in the box Jaguars are no longer cheap these days, unfortunately. Feel free to check out my web site -- the good news is that some of the best games like Tempest 2000 and Iron Soldier and Raiden still aren't that expensive overall, so for around $150 you can pick up a pristine Jaguar and a couple of great games (if you don't already have these). I already have Irion Soldier and Tempest 2000 plus... grabs box of lose jag carts.. lets see... and cybermorph.. big surprise..huh... and ruiner pinball, never played this on... cart art looks pretty neat-o. and kasumi ninja..hmmm a M rating... i might get rid of this one Zool 2... i looved this one on the Amiga/Atari ST!! and a boxed Checkered Flag... yuck!! i had high hopes for this one.. as i loved virtua racing on the 32x. so the most i'd like to spend on a used jag is about $20.maybe more if it has an extra controller or games i don't have..
