intvgene Posted March 7, 2004 Share Posted March 7, 2004 Well, all this talk of Activision games got me to get around to something that I've been meaning to do... First, that was play a couple rounds of Pitfall! Then, the other thing is that I've been meaning to put together an Activision Photomosaic. You can see some results here: http://intellivision.ca/acty.jpg The image is 370k.. so 56k users be warned. And I didn't want poor Atariage hosting it, so that's why I didn't use it as an attachment. Anyway, this one is almost 5000 boxes. The original, hi-res file is 78 megs, and 900 dpi, so it would look nice printing. I had to "fudge" it a bit, to make it look a bit more recognizable. For best viewing results, step back from your monitor at least 10 feet. You can't really zoom in on it and recognize the boxes, but on the original, they are really clear. Anyway, thought someone might enjoy it. I's done via a commercial program.. I used Phototile to do this one. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
