shining slade
Anyone know how rare this game is?? Just wondering.
Adrian M
It's uncommon, but not "holy grail" rare. I've seen a few copies for sale in my travels.
Lauren Tyler
I agree. I've seen it off and on, but it is hard to find too. I've owned mine since 1994.
Raijin Z
Ranma 1/2: Runner up for the worst box art of all time.
NE146
But I bought a Ranma 1/2 fighting game for the Super Famicom in Japan. I dunno if it's the same thing. But if it is, the fact that I have it is proof it's probably not rare
Vic George 2K3
I think the original Japanese version of Ranma 1/2 got turned into some other fighting game over here, probably Street Combat. The Ranma 1/2 game that got released here was probably its sequel.
shining slade
I picked it up loose for $2 at a goodwill. I never heard of it so I figured it was uncommon. Oh well. I'd trade it for something if anyone wants it. PM me

The Ranma 1/2 game that got released here was probably its sequel. Yes, it was Street Combat. I remember the horrible (and deservedly so) reviews it got, and the Ranma connection was usually mentioned. I would hope the other is a different game, because Street Combat is pretty darn bad. If there's a Generic Fighter Bus to Hell, it'd be right in front.
Xot
So WAS Ranma 1/2 Super Battle ever released stateside? I could have sworn I saw it ONCE at the EB I was working at but I've never seen any trace of its existence ever again...
The Eidolon
Is this the same as the Super Famicom game "Ranma 1/2 Bakuretsurantouhen"? I have a loose cart of that one someone gave me for free... I would imagine it's quite a bit rarer for the SNES than the SFamicom, since Ranma wasn't as widely known back then in the US. --The Eidolon

KaineMaxwell
I have ranma 1/2: Hard Battle. Not a bad fighting game, though not as complex as Street Fighter.
