And the Rom will work only with one Emulator I think. But which one it was I don't know. I don't have it anymore. Maybe PC Atari Dos version. With the Emu you can chose a number and then it start the game with this number. Ok, I have found the Emu. It was PC Atari Emulator Version 2.1 DOS. You must select the game by press 3, and then you can enter a number between 0 and 31. With this emu, many other games work, where other Emus have problems.
