SS
Has one ever been found or was the one from the ad truly just a mock-up?
Saikyo
Never know maybe one day one will turn up!
Tempest
Just a mock up. Personally I think it looks better in black... Tempest

Albert
Has one ever been found or was the one from the ad truly just a mock-up? Ahh, I love that label, it's one of the best and clearest examples of a mocked-up label that was never used. What makes it more interesting, of course, is that an earliest label style was used in the mock-up. I would not expect any carts like this to ever show up--the mock-up doesn't have the Atari logo in the lower-left corner of the art, nor any of the legal text under the graphic. It was surely just a one-off created for the ad. ..Al
Saikyo
It may be just a one off but if it was actually made and then a photo taken of it then it may still exist! of course it that were true it would probably have no EPROM inside so it would just be an empty shell! But still maybe, maybe......
ATARIPITBULL
I like the silver one better, infact I like the silver labels the best.
Blackbird
Well, even if it were fake, if someone wanted it they could probably get it off that page and make their own label....
Saikyo
yeah but it could easily be identified as fake!
Kuddy
The black picture labels were the best. I'm not too keen on the Atari 2600 silver labels for some reason... silver looks better on the Atari 5200 carts.
