CincYnoTi
My philoshiphy is that there will always be someone who will make another homebrew game so there is no way to have a complete collection of homebrew games. Well, you could collect Hozer releases. Anyway, I hope you play them at least via CC, SC or emulator. kidding mode on... NO NO! Don't ever play them. We are talking about collecting here. Playing them will lessen their value. Keep them unopend if possible. Maybe even shrinkwrap them or seal them in anti-static bags. kidding mode off... no, wait, that mode is almost always on. raindog
Man, I didn't even realize there *were* that many homebrews I imagine I have close to the greatest homebrew quotient as I only got my 2600 when I started coding for it and thus the vast bulk of my carts have come from AtariAge, but it's really quite modest compared to some of you guys. I'll have to bookmark this thread and post a picture the next time I have all my carts together

SS
I've been organizing my collection. Obviously I love the homebrews! Keep 'em coming... What are the two w/o end labels, BTW?
+cvga
What are the two w/o end labels, BTW? I was wondering if someone would ask. The first game is Minesweeper that I bought from Hozer Video a long time ago. The second one is Qb by Andrew Davie. An excellent game that I bought at Philly Classic ('01 I think). I also have a later version that he shipped in a custom wooden box but it's still in the box. On a related note, this is the only Atari game that my brother owns! He went with me to PC01 and bought one also.

I'll have to bookmark this thread and post a picture the next time I have all my carts together I'm at the opposite end of the spectrum. Almost all of my carts are left over from my mis-spent youth. Since my interest in the 2600 has only rekindled in the last few months, I wasn't even aware of homebrews until just recently. As a result I don't own any HB carts at all, a situation I intend to remedy shortly. -S

kisrael
Nice Joust Pong cart SS ...... wait a minute where'd you get it from ??? PhillyClassic 5, most likely! Al should be adding it to the store soon, the remainder of the first 50 made, the only ones to come with a genuine JoustPong T-shirt. There'll probably be a frontpage plug. MegaManFan
Don't miss out on getting one with a t-shirt. Even if it doesn't fit you, it's one hell of a sweet souveneir. And Kirk, thanks again for autographing my game. I'm gonna make sure Bivotar plays it before he leaves.

SS
It's in the database here, http://www.atariage.com/box_page.html?SoftwareLabelID=2349 Cool. I take it that the label on the tin was a printed sticker. Were there any inserts other than the manual? Any foam padding?
MegaManFan
Inside the tin was bedding for the cart, I don't know what you'd call it, but it reminds me of that shredded paper they put in gift bags sometimes with a gift that you pull out and toss aside. It also reminded me of that grass you see in Easter baskets. Also inside the tin was two adhesive velcro pads, so you could make your own "roller box" like the original marble maze tilt game that inspired Marble Craze.
