gamerz
There used to be a seller on ebay that sold Atari orange paint to touch up the trim on your atari and joysticks, but I can no longer find it. Does anyone know where I can find an orange paint that shade???
gamerz
Can anyone mix me up a batch of Atari orange paint? Please!
bjk7382
I haven't tried this, but at home depot or other big places like that they will "match any color" so you might be able to take a joystick in there for them to match the color. I know they just have a little optical sensor that they sample colors with. Not sure if that would work or not, just an idea.
gamerz
What do you think the best type of paint would be?

belty
I know the acrylic/vinyl inks used for T-shirt screen printing are good for this type of job. When applied neat with a brush the paint/ink applies rock hard and is resilient to wear but can be easily wiped off later with thinners. I believe it's fairly easy to get hold of. I say this because a mate of mine did a touch up job for me on a plastic eighties action figure once and it looked great.
