I'm trying to assemble a collection of boxed DKs on the various platforms it appeared and thought that CBS might be an option for the CV. I don't think the CV was ever sold w/o a pack-in but it may have been. Sometimes retailers like Sears and JCPenney have their own special packages for X-mas catalogs.
