Heaven/TQA
i just recieved my 8mbit flashcart... ehm...stupid question...and noiw? what are your experiennces with this cart? sad that it's not possible to flash the cart via pc... so i have to hassle around with burnt CDs, sio2pc and laptop... i thought it's kind of memory stick where i simply upload exe files which then can be loaded like the mega images in atari800win... pps
Hi Heaven, simply went to atarimax forum. There are some images you can easy "burn" onto the flash card. If you need a German translation of the manual, you can switch to this site: ABBUC e.V. Wiki Site about atarimax.

tjlazah
Are you using a XE computer? Some do not work with the Flashcarts. I have one here that does the same thing. My other XE's and XL's work fine. Try a different computer!

pps
Hmm, I made my testflashing with a 130XE too, there where no problems and the cartridge works perfect... The XE was made in Taiwan. Perhaps the Chinese are the problem?!? -> other OS version...
Heaven/TQA
finally workes...
PFonck
simply went to atarimax forum. There are some images you can easy "burn" onto the flash card. Mhhh... I wonder if I can save/load those multi-cart images onto my MyIDE disk... that would save a lot of hassle uploading games separately. TXG/MNX
If you dont mind paying $80 for each cartridge I can add USB. Steve Hi Steve, when the USB is driven by the 8-bit so we can attach memory sticks on the 8-bit it's fine by me USB on the 8-bit would be something super! Wrathchild
http://www.strotmann.de/twiki/bin/view/APG/ProjUSBCart Looks promising?
classics
If they could get a mass storage driver going on that somehow we could attach everything from memory sticks to hard disks without any interface issues. Steve
