Mendon
I know that Atari, Odyssey, and Intellivision had gaming newsletters/magazines & clubs and that Imagic had its Numb Thumb newsletter. Were there any other system or cart companies that published a newsletter/magazine and/or had clubs to join? Other than for a few Atari games, were there any other comic's (like Atari Force, Centipede, Yar's) released for video games? Thanks in advance! Moose
Other than for a few Atari games, were there any other comic's (like Atari Force, Centipede, Yar's) released for video games? Back in the early '90's Valiant comics released a line of comics based on the NES. Super Mario Bros., Legend of Zelda, Captain N and possibly others. SteveW
Then, Valiant Comics got bought out by Acclaim, the video game company, and some of their comics were then made into games. I luckily sold all my Valiant comics before Acclaim de-valued the entire comic line and ran the company into the ground.
