dgo
I am a very happy man ! It's absolutely brand-new-never-been-played with! Can you believe I'm actually afraid to open the cartridge compartment :D Life is sweet sometimes! Thank you Bruce & Cathy Carso for keeping this new all these year for me to buy of eBay! And I'm very glad to have found this excellent forum as well! I just started collecting the Lynx a few months ago. This completely got out of hand because it's just such an awesome machine. I'm looking forward sharing this addiction with all you die-hards over here! *edit typos

GARTH
The lynx 1 is an underrated model I use a Lynx 2 most of the time but find for games which call for the 2 option buttons to be used- battlewheels/todds adventure/xybots, That the option buttons are easier to operate. on the earlier machine I dont know if anyone else has this problem with the second model but the 3 i've used the option buttons need quite a firm shove to operate them,And the sight of the lcd moving with them is a little unnerving

My Lynx 1 feels just the same as well. Maybe I've been very lucky or you just have not. You're right though the Lynx 1 is often overlooked, but I think it is equally as good as the Lynx
