SUPER MARIO BROTHERS HELP

okay, surprisingly I never did complete this game way back when it

was new. Lately I have been playing and I can get to world 4-4 but I

have a couple questions:

 

1. I found the brown mushroom that you jump to pop it out and then

make a space for it to fall threw. Are there any cool little extras like this

I am missing? On world 4x4 where you need to go up then down or

something like that or else it keeps repeating forever, what is the trick

to this ??

 

 

thanx I plan on playing each incarnation of the series from beginning

to end. I wonder how long it will take, like I said, I was not a big fan

of these games originally (spent too much time always going out and

getting the latest and greatest so never sat down to appreciate many
