christianscott27 Posted May 13, 2004 Share Posted May 13, 2004 i got it, had a B&N gift card. the book has a lot of great pictures and he does his best to touch all the bases, its pretty thin on the writing side. the real issue with that book is his crazy price guide, everything is waaaay over valued. for example would you pay $8 for a loose copy of adventure or $65-95 for mattel eclectronics handheld football??? the guide doesnt really seem complete either, its fun to look at but you cant take it seriously. if you could marry billy's nice glossy pics to the digital press guide you'd really have something but as a stand alone reference its not on the money.
