Yes I bought & enjoy this budget title, I picked it up a few months back off ebay, couldn't locate it anywhere locally. I think I paid around $11 shipped. Well worth it. It plays just like Ultimate Qix for Genesis/Arcade or Volfied the same game from Japan, on Mega Drive/PCE/Arcade.
