pmpddytim
I am working on a small project, mostly 'cause I like tinkering around with stuff but also because I think it will be usefull. I am going to make a cart adaptor so that I dont have to force the carts that are a tight fit for a 6 switch in my 6 switch. I don't want to tear apart a perfectly good 2600 just for the cart connector. Is there anyplace that sells these or is there an alternative? Or does anyone have a shot 2600 they would sell me the cart connector from? Thank you. -Tim
Susuwatari
Although 2600 uses standard 12/24 pin card edge connector with 0.1" spacing, it's the tab for opening dust flap that isn't standard. You will need to sacrifice a 2600 to get the flap part and don't try a 2600jr, the tabs are part of the case and not the cart connector. pmpddytim
No sacrifice needed on my part. "da'Wiz" as he apparently wishes to be called, hooked me up. -Tim
CPUWIZ
"da'Wiz" as he apparently wishes to be called LMAO, that was a wordplay on DA-BULLS. Can't beat free. It's a proper cart slot with tabs btw.!

But I think from now on you shall simply be known as "da Wiz" (at least to me). -Tim
